Background

I first started looking at this property online in the summer of 2022.  It then went off the market in the autumn.  By early January 2023 it was back on the market and again I felt I was interested.  By the March it was under offer and so I resigned myself to never buying it.  In May 2023 I was approached by a couple to purchased Mum and Dad's house.  Before I accepted their offer I wanted to ensure something positive came out of it and so looked at houses for sale again.  Low and behold this house was back on the market.  I therefore accepted the offer on the house in Ascot and made an offer on this house subject to survey.
